Die Schweizer Armee verkauft Bunker und überführt an die 15000 Objekte in die zivile Zuständigkeit. Was lange geheim war – viele Teile sind es heute noch –, wird öffentlich. Damit wird das Repertoire um einen bedeutenden Bestand an umnutzbaren Bauten ergänzt. Die Siedlung Schweiz ist neu zu denken.
